 If you are an existing customer, you will notice your account number has been updated as part of the utility billing system upgrade that was recently completed. You can review your account and make payments at this time.

 If you are setting up a new account, please reference your utility bill dated 11/20/2024 or later to obtain your new account number. If you have not received a utility bill or do not have it available, please contact the Utility Billing Department at utilitybilling@pflugervilletx.gov or call 512-990-6100 to obtain your new account number.

***When enrolling or updating Auto Pay, you understand that your account will automatically be drafted on the same day every month.  We recommend you pay 3 to 5 days before your due date.  If you schedule your payment after it is due, you may incur a late penalty that, if left unpaid, will result in disconnection of service.***
