Starting in July 2025, unpaid utility accounts may incur late fees and are at risk of service disconnection due to nonpayment.

Please be aware of the following processing fees. Fees will appear as separate charges from your utility bill payment, if you have question on the fees please ask us before issuing a stop payment on the fee as this will interrupt your utility bill payment.:
Credit/Debit Card Payments include a 3.5% processing fee (minimum of $2.50).
ACH (E-Check) Payments incur a $1.95 flat fee per transaction.
Auto Pay Reminder:
If you are enrolled in Auto Pay or planning to update your enrollment, please note that your account will be
automatically drafted on the same date each month. To avoid penalties, we recommend scheduling your payment
3 to 5 days before the due date. Late payments may result in fees and potential service disconnection.
